These terms govern the use of this website and, at a high level, how our engagements work. Project-specific terms always live in the proposal you approve.

Use of this site
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not scrape, reproduce, or misrepresent it as your own.
§ 02
Quotes & proposals
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not binding offers. A binding scope, price, and timeline are only established in a written proposal you approve.
§ 03
Payments
Projects run on a milestone schedule — typically 50% to start, 30% at the build midpoint, and 20% before launch — unless the proposal states otherwise.
§ 04
Intellectual property
Upon final payment, you own the source code, design files, and assets delivered for your project. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
§ 05
Liability
We deliver with professional care, but the site and its estimates are provided as-is. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
§ 06
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved in good faith; we prefer conversations to courtrooms.
